If you were able to live to the age of 90 and retain either the mind or body of a 30-year-old for the last 60 years of your life, which would you want?
MY 30 Y.O. BODY HAD CANCER SO IF THAT IS THE PRECURSOR I WILL TAKE MY MIND; IT WAS STRONG AT THE TIME (WITH MUCH HELP).
If you could change anything about the way you were raised, what would it be?
I WISH I WAS RAISED MORE. WITH MORE ENCOURAGEMENT, MORE ENTHUSIASM, MORE EDUCATION AND FAR MORE EMOTION. ACTUALLY DUE TO AN ALMOST COMPLETE LACK OF SEEING OR FEELING EMOTION IN MY FAMILY HOME I FEAR THAT I AM A LITTLE EMOTIONALLY NON-INVOLVED AT TIMES…MORE EMOTION, IF I HAD TO PICK ONE.
Which is worse, failing or never trying?
IF THE FEAR OF FAILING IS THE SAME AS THE FEAR OF TRYING, THEN WHO IS TO SAY? PERSONALLY WHY NOT TRY SOMETHING NEW AS MUCH AS YOU CAN WHILE YOU CAN…
How come the things that make you happy don’t make everyone happy?
NO SINGLE THING MAKES EVERYONE HAPPY (EXCEPT MAYBE FUNNY CAT VIDEOS…) BUT SERIOUSLY, MY HAPPINESS IS DERIVED FROM MY EMOTIONAL RESPONSES TO ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS. I AM MOST HAPPY WHEN THOSE I CARE ABOUT ARE HAPPY…
Would you rather lose all of your old memories, or never be able to make new ones?
I HAVE SAID SINCE I COULD SPEAK THAT WE ONLY TAKE OUR MEMORIES WITH US WHEN WE ARE DONE. YET IF I HAD TO CHOOSE I WOULD START AGAIN. IT WOULD BE LIKE A RE-BIRTH OF SORTS. NO ISMS OR STEREOTYPES TO CLOUD PERCEPTION, NO BACKGROUND TO PERSUADE JUDGMENT. I HAVE MADE AMAZING AND LOVING MEMORIES IN MY SHORT TIME BUT TO NEVER MAKE NEW ONES WOULD BE LIFE WITHOUT PURPOSE
Has your greatest fear ever come true?
What are you pretending not to know?
I CAN ONLY EVER KNOW WHAT I KNOW, AND NOT KNOW WHAT I DO NOT. ALSO BY TELLING YOU I WOULD NO LONGER BE PRETENDING TO NOT KNOW SOMETHING.
